Al Shinawy Engineering Consultant (SEC) was established in Dubai – United Arab Emirates in 2006. SEC
office located in the heart of Dubai. SEC develops the small and medium scale of projects. We take on
our shoulder to present our work to be as good as possible, not only that but improving till reaching to
the optimum quality.

Due to the variety and the long experience of Al Shinawy Engineering Consultant (SEC) staff in United
Arab Emirates, SEC start with a strong inception, which it reflect on the services presented to clients, So

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

SEC primary objective as “Quality – Integrity – Commitment” which leads the project to meet client
satisfaction, this requires to give full attention to the following:-

 Scope of Works.  Cost.
 Time.  Quality.

For all projects where SEC are involved, we aim to deliver the project to the quality of design and
workmanship that promotes both the client and the practice within the market place, at the cost that
meets with the client budget and within the time frame set by the client.

At the forefront of achieving these demands is the requirement to continually improve the quality of
both design and technical information that is produced on the clients’ behalf. In order to achieve these
objectives SEC has established in house “Project Management Office PMO” which is planning and
generating all quality issues and also improving it to reach to the optimum proposals.

Additionally, SEC keeping their staff in touch with the latest technical information in the fields of
engineering and construction technology in all aspects of the built environmental. Dedicated staff

ongoing program of attendance at construction seminars, conferences and exhibitions held in the

OPERATING RESOURCES

The quality of service depends on the quality of the staff employed and to the resources they are using.
SEC currently employs a high quality full time staff covering the disciplines of Architectural and
Structural Engineering. These permanent staffing arrangements are continually being reviewed and are
at present sufficient to meet the requirements of both small and medium size projects.

Through joint venture arrangements however staffing can be arranged to meet the requirements of the
most technically challenging projects and each enquiry is first analyzed in this regard and clients advised
of the staffing arrangements accordingly. SEC have already put in consideration the ability to expand
staffing arrangements at short notice should the market so require.

In their quest to remain at the forefront of technology and in order to offer their clients a fast and
sufficient service SEC are fully networked in the latest versions of the following construction software
packages, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sap 2000, Safe, Etabs, Prokon, and other specialist software
packages are also available to SEC through their joint venture partners.
