• Decisão de fim dos horários presenciais individuais 
substituindo-os por grupos de estudo, duas vezes por 
semana. 
• O que são? 
Grupos com intuito de aprendizagem coletiva em 
assuntos proveitosos a empresa. Serão abertas algumas 
vagas para alunos da UFSM não associados. 
• Horários: 
Sexta das 19h até 20h e 30min. Um segundo 
encontro será definido. 
• Obrigatoriedade: 
Membros precisam participar no mínimo de um grupo por semana.

1. Será utilizado a partir de agora e-mails pessoais para assuntos internos e o da 
ACEJ (acejufsm@gmail.com) para externos. 
2. Utilização de sistemas de voz (como Skype, RaidCall, TeamSpeak...) para reuniões não gerais. 
3. Backup de tudo que é importante no Google Drive da empresa. 
4. Montar um BLOG para substituir o atual site.

1. Julie falar com Sheila em relação aos certificados 
e Priscilla fazer o da Gianna, Aline e Baccin. 
2. Jéssica Grassi vai cuidar da legalidade e mandar um e-mail para o Júlio 
em relação a retirada das chaves. 
3. Jéssica Machado auxiliar na proxima reunião 
para troca de gestão oficial. 
4. Alessandra fica responsável com a página do Facebook (para responder, 
enviar mensagens assim como criar posts) e E-mail da ACEJ. 
5. Alécio precisa pedir a exclusão do site para o Eduardo. 
6. Ian precisa criar o BLOG e resolver os problemas do designe com 
o amigo da Julie. Antes tentar solucionar sozinho.
