Quintessentially
The Nuts & Bolts
Quintessentially is a private members' club with a 24-hour
global concierge service. The Quintessentially Group has
grown to become a portfolio of complementary businesses
that cover every facet of luxury lifestyle around the world.
The Challenge
To assist a BC entrepreneur achieve franchising rights to open
a Quintessentially office in Vancouver.
The Result
MaxPro developed a personalized business plan and investor
presentation that our client delivered to Quintessentially’s
UK-based head office. Our client was awarded the exclusive
franchising rights for the whole of Canada and Seattle against
over 150 other applicants. MaxPro continues to assist in a
business development role, taking the Vancouver franchise
from concept to revenue growth.

Hydraulic
Technologies
The Nuts & Bolts
Hydraulic Technologies Inc. (HTI) specializes in full service
repairs and sales of hydraulic components to key industries in
the Pacific Northwest, including mining, forestry and construction.
The Challenge
In the midst of the recent global recession and a shrinking BC
forestry industry, HTI presented MaxPro with the task of
developing a strategic plan to improve profitability through new
market penetration, new product distribution and cost reduction.
The Result
MaxPro developed marketing strategies to diversify HTI’s
service offerings into new sectors, increase brand awareness
through web-based development and grow sales via targeted
distribution of new products. MaxPro also delivered financial
strategies that ensured HTI presented a flexible pricing plan
for its customers, while also reducing in-house production costs.

Bunting Coady
The Nuts & Bolts
Bunting Coady Architects is an innovative practice with a global
reputation for creating high performance buildings and
sustainable architecture. The company has won over 50 awards
for design quality and building performance and has more square
footage of LEED® NC Gold certified institutional and commercial
projects than any other firm in North America.
The Challenge
To seek and win new architectural consulting contracts
through public RFP bid processes as well as private channels.
The Result
MaxPro researched new markets to enter and secured joint
venture partnerships in Dubai, submitted comprehensive RFP
proposals on a weekly basis, and developed new marketing
material to improve awareness among private clients. So far,
MaxPro’s proposals have assisted BCA in securing over
$4 Million in upcoming architectural work, and we continue to
fulfill business development needs for BCA.
