5 General Principles about City-Region Territorial Entities:

1. ·Nation-States are not enough to explain the
nfluence of Physical/Digital/Social Connectivity on the Territories.

2. ·City-Region considered as a whole System Hubs&Periphery.

3. ·City-Region linked as complementary unity of the Urban&Rural.

4. · Implicitly, we are assuming that some Territories could deal better than
others through certain level of Sovereignty.

5. · At this stage, we could start considering the Territorial New Entity
alled City-Region. And work on its Governance Own Model.
