Fond sa usporiadali podľa všeobecných zásad usporadúvania osobných fondov s prihliadnutím na už jestvujúci inventár prvej časti. Samotná štruktúra tejto časti fondu sa rozdelila do ôsmych  základných skupín. Pre jednoduchšiu bádateľskú orientáciu sa  prihliadali na už jestvujúci inventár k prvej časti a prevzali sa  názvy tých skupín, do ktorých sa archívne dokumenty dali zaradiť aj v tejto časti. Štruktúra fondu je teda  nasledovná: 1. Osobné doklady 1.1. Doklady 1.2. Plnomocenstvá 2. Korešpondencia 2.1. Prijatá korešpondencia od jednotlivcov a skupín osôb 2.2. Prijatá korešpondencia od inštitúcií a korporácií 2.3. Koncepty a listy Andreja Hlinku 2.4. Prázdne obálky 3. Diela, prejavy, autorské práce, poznámky 4. Finančné záležitosti 5. Písomnosti cudzích osôb 6. Písomnosti inštitúcií 7. Varia
