• Pedal monitor has an exciting touch interface
• From the main menu you can access a variety of
useful options
– Quick Training (click to get started pedaling)
– Goal mode (set goals by time, distance and calories)
– Program mode (4 training programs in three levels)
– HRC mode (set target heart rate and the resistance level
will automatically adjust)
– Watt mode (set target watt rate and the resistance level
will automatically adjust)
– Recovery mode (one minute recovery mode to check on
your heart rate)
– My Dashboard (results from previous workouts)
– Setup (turn on/off background music, set up units)
– PAFERS (visit the PAFERS website)

• Quick Training provides a fast and easy way to get started with your workout
• Simply click the Quick Training button in the center of the main menu and start pedaling

• Goal mode lets you set goals by time, distance and calories
• You can either select one goal or multiple goals and will be notified after reaching a goal

Get in shape with fun and challenging training programs
• The built-in training programs control the resistance level of the bicycle/elliptical
• There are four different programs, including Cross country, Aerobic, Training and Sprint
• Each program has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
Choose the training program and Resistance level will be controlled

Focus on your heart rate with HRC mode
• HRC mode calculates heart levels based on age and lets you set a specific heart rate zone that you
want during the workout
• Resistance levels will increase when your heart rate is lower than your goal and decrease when
your heart rate is above the goal

• Recovery mode tracks your heart rate after a workout to see how much lower it goes in 60
seconds
