  1. -There is still plenty of room for improvement in this type of program. -Determining how to involve PWD as advocates is a significant challenge we desire to see addressed. -Though many of the local communities have pockets of greater awareness. The general population is still largely ignorant of the potential of PWD. -The challenges of working closely with PWD are significant. And if more focused effort is put into helping businesses there could be greater success. EXAMPLE: many business owners still do not understand how to do workplace adaptation for the unique needs of each disabled person. And adaptation is not just physical change but also change in training style, work practices and attitude.
