This document discusses opportunities for collaboration between Brazil and the EU in information and communication technology (ICT) research and development. It provides background on existing collaboration through agreements and forums. It then outlines ICT priority areas for both the EU and Brazil. The document proposes several ideas to intensify ICT R&D collaboration, such as matchmaking institutions, exploiting joint project opportunities, and intensifying private and public partnerships.
