For each planet include the following information.
• Distance from the sun
• Planet diameter
• Time it takes to spin on its axis
• Time it takes to orbit the sun
• Moons and their names
• What the planet is made of
• Atmosphere
• Weather
• Average day and night temperature
• What the planet is named after
• Other interesting facts
Solar System Brochure
• Choose one planet for your brochure
• Your brochure should be informative and
neatly presented
• Include interesting pictures
• Include a map of the solar system with all
planets and the Sun clearly labeled
Solar System Post Cards
• Create postcards for at least three planets
• Include pictures and highlights of the planet
on the postcard
