Introduction

• What’s a membership site?
     – a site that contains important information
           • on a specific topic
           • appealing to a specific set of people.
     – restrict access (via a login) to customers who pay a recurring
       fee (usually monthly or annually)
     – though there are some membership sites that don’t require
any fee, but just a submission of one’s name and email
       address

What Is A Membership Site

• Why sell information/membership sites?
     – they can get high-quality information they can use to for
themselves that they can’t get elsewhere,
     – or at least, can’t get as conveniently elsewhere (i.e. you
gather the information instead of them doing it).

“Tell me and I forget,
                                     teach me and I may
                                     remember, involve me
                                     and I learn.”
                                     ― Benjamin Franklin

                                     “The biggest difference
                                     is in the leadership. It
                                     was better for us. We
                                     had more coaches and
                                     mentors to help us. A

                                     players today suffer
                                     from a lack of direction”

• According To Corey
     – Best product to sell online – information
     – Immediate delivery
     – It doesn’t matter if most of it can be found free on the
       internet
     – Produce it once, and sell it over and over and over again

Twenty years from now you will be more
disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by
the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail
away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in
your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. - Mark Twain

     – Plan the business well so I can earn 7 dollar figures a month

business and set aside for retirement

                  I haven’t’ failed. I’ve found 10,000
ways that won’t work – Benjamin

What Is A Membership Site • Why sell information/membership sites? – they can get high-quality information they can use to for themselves that they can’t get elsewhere, – or at least, can’t get as conveniently elsewhere (i.e. you gather the information instead of them doing it). 12/04/12 2012 Copyright by Jojy Azurin 9

  • 14. My Membership Site How I Started • According To Corey – Best product to sell online – information – Immediate delivery – It doesn’t matter if most of it can be found free on the internet – Produce it once, and sell it over and over and over again Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did.
