14-19 Curriculum offers refresher and catch-up sessions for the
more struggling students.
Provides extra challenges for those who are more capable.
Teacher are more flexible when taking in to consideration the
framework.

5. Diplomas and Apprenticeship.
A qualification that can be done at school or college over the
course of two years. This is to enhance students practical and
business knowledge.
Apprenticeship is where it allows the apprentice to develop skills
and gain a qualification on the job.
6. Functional Skills
Practical skills in Maths, English and ICT will help individuals
operate independently in life and at work.

7. Every Child Matters
Every Child Matters is a shared programme of change to improve
outcomes for all children and young people.
Two new programmes of studies have been included in the key
stage 3 and 4, which focuses on personal wellbeing and financial
capability. There is also the social and emotional aspects of learning
(SEAL) which can have a huge impact on every child matters.
