SURGICAL TEMPLATE
• A dual purpose stent was
prepared using ball
bearings of 5mm
diameter.
• Bone mapping was done
• The actual width was
found to be 6.5mm and
the length 22mm
16. • Endosteal, root form, cylindrical,
screw type, LIFE CARE IMPLANTS
with 4.2 mm width and 13 mm length
were selected.

• A crestal incision is given extending
from right molar to left molar.
• Flap is elevated labially and slightly
lingually.
• The surgical template is placed and a
small nick is marked on the bone.
• Pilot drilling is done which is followed
by sequential drilling.
