untuk second carrier akhirnya selesai dilakukan Kementerian
Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo), Tifatul Sembiring.
Telkomsel tetap menempati posisinya semula di blok 4 dan 5. Axis
diberikan kanal kedua yang contiguous (berdampingan), yaitu di
blok 2 dan 3.Sementara HCPT -- pemilik brand seluler 3 (Tri) --
mendapat tambahan second carrier di blok 6. Pada sisi lain posisi
Indosat (di blok 7 dan 8) dan XL (9 dan 10) tidak bergeser dari
tempat semula.
"Jadi, 5 operator 3G sudah sepakat dengan skema ini, dan sudah
tanda tangan hitam di atas putih. Mereka juga setuju dengan
rencana pemerintah yang akan menata ulang kanal 3G serta
membuka peluang penambahan 3rd carrier yaitu blok 11 dan blok
12 di awal tahun 2012 ini," ujar Tifatul, dalam keterangannya,
Rabu (14/12/2011).

Telkomsel tetap menempati posisinya semula di blok 4 dan 5. Axis diberikan kanal kedua yang contiguous (berdampingan), yaitu di blok 2 dan 3.Sementara HCPT -- pemilik brand seluler 3 (Tri) -- mendapat tambahan second carrier di blok 6. Pada sisi lain posisi Indosat (di blok 7 dan 8) dan XL (9 dan 10) tidak bergeser dari tempat semula. "Jadi, 5 operator 3G sudah sepakat dengan skema ini, dan sudah tanda tangan hitam di atas putih. Mereka juga setuju dengan rencana pemerintah yang akan menata ulang kanal 3G serta membuka peluang penambahan 3rd carrier yaitu blok 11 dan blok 12 di awal tahun 2012 ini," ujar Tifatul, dalam keterangannya, Rabu (14/12/2011).
