A summary of my first two days in Accra with Loughborough Bear. A visit to the Medical School, a short stop at the beach and a visit to the most peculiar coffin shop. Wooden-made coffins in all sorts and shapes can be ordered. It takes between 2 weeks and 1 month for the maker to do one coffin. Funerals are big events in Ghana aimed to celebrate the life of the person who has just passed away. I am amazed by the the whole process. I am writing notes but there is a lot of information to process. Fascinating!
