2. NEO-SKY
 NEO-SKY was born in 2001 as a telecommunications operator exclusively for
enterprises, carriers and government.
 NEO-SKY offers Internet Services, Data Services and Voice Services.
 NEO-SKY has its own network which is different to other carriers networks:
 Fiber Optic Backbone and Access Network with over 15.000 km.
 LMDS Fixed Wireless Access Network with licensed band of 3.5 and 26 Ghz.
 Bi-directional Satellite Access Network (DVB-S/RCS).
 NEO-SKY also offers Radio-link (with licensed band), Fiber Optic (ORLA) and
XDSL to link customers with its Network, depending on location and budget.
 As a result of it own network,
NEO-SKY makes commitments regarding deadlines for
implementation and problem resolution period (SLA).
 NEO-SKY assigns each customer a Senior Key Account Manager to lead all the
communications project requirements (with more than 6 years of experience).
 NEO-SKY turnover in 2012 nearly 28 M€ with a workfore of 100 people, being a
benchmark in the market for Wireless and Fiber Optic Services.

Exclusively Commercialization of the Iberdrola Optical Fiber Network.
 With a length of over 15.000 km, it is one of the five largest in Spain.
 Peering with main Tier1 carriers, such as Cogent, Telefónica, NTT and TiNet.
 Deployment of fiber in more than 30 provinces and over 800 municipalities.
 High Capilarity in Madrid, Levante and North.
 Presence in top Datacenters.
 Services from 2Mbps up to 2,5Gbps.

5. LMDS Fixed Wireless Access Network
Access Network in the band of 3.5 and 26 Ghz.
 Licensed Frequency (private), planned use, free of
interferences from other customers or carriers.
 Presence in top 22 metropolitan areas of Spain
(80% of companies in coverage).
 More than 100 operating base stations (BS)
 Alternative to third part Networks since it’s based
on our own infrastructure.
Multiservicio Access Netwrok: Internet, VPN, P2P,
InterLan, ATM, RDSI/PRI for Voice, …
 Fast Start-up (maximum 15 days)
 High commitment of service (SLA) similar to fiber
optic service.
 From 2 Mbps up to 32 Mbps symmetrical services.
