In April 2008, the Province of Buenos Aires enacted the Law Nº 13.810 by which it adhered to the “ National Regime for Private Proposal ” and to the “ National Regime for Private-Public Association .” These regimes regulate private proposals concerning infrastructure and public procurements projects, public developments and services grants, licenses and any other contractual form regulated by Law Nº 6.021.
