INTRODUCTION

In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under
the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings
on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on
this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller
General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that
the content can be enriched.

Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of
opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under
section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be
obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

SPECIAL NOTICE


        Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.


The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.




                                           SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

A Treadmill is an exercise machine for running or walking while staying in one place. The machine provides a moving platform with
a wide conveyor belt and electronic motor or a flywheel. The belt moves to the rear, the rate at which the belt moves is the rate of
walking or running. The ECGs Test is to be taken during the increase in the rate of heart beat while doing some physical exercise eg.
Walking or running. TMTs are thus made to take ECG Records while patient gradually increasing the heart beat during walking. In
the traditional TMTs when it is inclined at an angle from the ground, the side rods remain at an angle, similar to the machine. In this
type of treadmill the patient feels uneasy to hold the side rods when at maximum height and even gets a feeling of falling back which
can cause injuries especially for older patients whose tests are mostly taken. This even causes in major back problems. Thus the
invention has made to design new Treadmill so that the side rods remain parallel to the horizontal surface to make it easy for the
patient to hold and protect him from any injury or back problem

(57) Abstract :
This study investigated the process for incorporation of amla (Emblica officinalis) residue, rich in nutrient contents along with dietary
fibre incorporation in to flour for development of bread. Proximate analysis were carried out for the whole amla, amla residue, control
bread as well as amla residue incorporated bread. Data showed that amla residue had high amount of dietary fibre (39.76%) with high
proportion of Insoluble Dietary Fibre. Bread prepared from incorporation of 3% amla residue increased the dietary fibre content from
2.31% to 3.43% thus meeting the RDA requirement per 100g. Addition of food grade gluten to the residue incorporated bread had
shown better dough development and rise in final bread volume. Thus three types of bread were formulated CB (Control Bread), RBG
(Residue Bread with Gluten) and RB (Residue Bread without gluten) and evaluated for chemical composition, physical characteristics.
Storage studies were carried out for a period of 7 days with evaluation of change in nutrient contents and microbial load during
storage. It was observed that there is decrease in total sugar content, protein and total phenolics content, increase in moisture and
titrable acidity and no change in pH during storage.

The invention relates to an efficient and cost effective method of partially replacing the corroded and eroded air pre-heater (APH) tube
due to the flow of acidic hot air containing flue particles. The invention comprises removing the section of the corroded tube at the
cold end and processing the un-affected region of the existing APH tube for joining with a new APH tube either untreated or pre-
treated at three stages to withstand any further corrosion and erosion. The un-affected APH tube and the pre-treated new APH tube are
joined by utilizing a sleeve means and an anaerobic adhesive or any other convenient method.

A method and system of bearer management signalling in a communication network comprising of transporting bearer resource
request message of both the UE and RN via DeNB to managing entity of UE within EPC, as a signalling message over uplink channel
referred to as Union of Resource Request (UR Request) message. The bearer resource response message from one of the managing
entity of UE or managing entities of UE and RN within EPC are transported as a signalling message to Evolved Packet Edge (EPE)
via DeNB over the downlink channel referred to as Independent Admission Response (IA Response). This manages bearer setup
signalling as a single loop, by transportation of UR Request signalling message over uplink and receiving one IA Response signalling
message over downlink channels. EPE is a conglomeration of network nodes comprising of UEs, RNs and all other network nodes that
communicate over EPC via DeNB. Network nodes in the EPE may establish connectivity external to EPC like Internet or PSTN
(Public Switch Telephone Network).

Proximate analysis were carried out for the whole amla, amla residue, control bread as well as amla residue incorporated bread. Data showed that amla residue had high amount of dietary fibre (39.76%) with high proportion of Insoluble Dietary Fibre. Bread prepared from incorporation of 3% amla residue increased the dietary fibre content from 2.31% to 3.43% thus meeting the RDA requirement per 100g. Addition of food grade gluten to the residue incorporated bread had shown better dough development and rise in final bread volume. Thus three types of bread were formulated CB (Control Bread), RBG (Residue Bread with Gluten) and RB (Residue Bread without gluten) and evaluated for chemical composition, physical characteristics. Storage studies were carried out for a period of 7 days with evaluation of change in nutrient contents and microbial load during storage. It was observed that there is decrease in total sugar content, protein and total phenolics content, increase in moisture and titrable acidity and no change in pH during storage.
