INTRODUCTION

In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under
the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings
on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on
this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller
General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that
the content can be enriched.

Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of
opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under
section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be
obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

        Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.


The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.




                                           SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

An oven device of a tunnel-type sterilizer and dryer comprises a case body (1), an air intake cavity (24) which is disposed in the case

corresponding to the air intake partition boards (11). The air return channel (22) is divided into two or more than two air return
chambers (23) by the air return partition boards (15). The exit end of the air return chamber (23) is located at the bottom of the heater
(9). The structure of the baking case body of tunnel-type sterilizer and dryer is simple and compact, and the uniformity of the hot air is
good.

The invention is a design of a rennotely-controlled Autonomous Ground Vehicle (AGV). The Robot is designed using PTC PRO-
ENGINEER Wildfire v4. It helped in deciding the dimensions and balancing of the robot. The robot is designed considering Safety
and reduced complexity. We have used ANSYS 12 Mechanical for simulating our Pro-E design and Finite Element Analysis. We are
using Differential Drive for steering and Computer operated Motor Controller for Throttle control. Motors used are brushed DC
motors filled with Gearbox (Refer Fig 1). For braking we have manual and wireless E-Stops. Wheel Encoders are being used to
provide feedback to Motor Controllers.

(57) Abstract :
The engraving machines are employed in various industries for producing engineering products. In lock industries, it is used to
produce keys for the locks etc. The conventional machine has a reciprocating table. The engraving operation is done in forward stroke
and return stroke is nonfunctional and non-operative. Moreover, the loading and ejection of key blank and the engraved key are done
manually. To overcome such limitation this invention has been designed. This invention has automatic loading and ejection
mechanism added to it. It is also capable of doing both up milling and down milling operations. Hence, the groove cutting operation is
performed for the two keys one in each direction that is forward and backward stroke of reciprocating table. Two magazines at either
side of the cutter are employed for the same. The invasion of Dual loading engraving machine will increase the productivity and
reduce the human machine interface which can help to enable a worker to work on more than one machine at a time and also
increasing the efficiency of human and machine by reducing fatigue. The invasion has eliminated the unutilized return stroke and thus
utilization of the machine is achieved to its maximum.

The hydrodynamic generator consists of a tank which contains a proper level of water. The tank is connected with a positive
displacement pump/CENTRIFUGAL PUMP. This pump sucks the water from the water tank and consequently, a hydro force is
generated by the pump which impacts on the buckets/wings of the pelton wheel/fransis turbine. Further, the pelton wheel/fransis
turbine develops a torque, maintained through suitable RPM, which is transmitted to an alternator by the means of a suitable rotating
shaft. Now, AC electrical outputs are obtained which are supplied for household utilization. Proportion of power from dynamo is used
by a charging circuit connected with the battery for charging the battery. This battery has a connection with a DC motor/pump, which
activates the fly wheel of the reciprocating pump or impeller of centrifugal pump constantly so as to make the pump active throughout
and in this way; the generator executes its working consistently. This is a small hydropower generator; power ranges starts from 1 kva
to 999 kva for common people to enable them for fighting with frequent power cut in urban and rural areas.

Document Registration, Authentication and Verification (DRAV) System is a unique web application used for registration,
authentication, verification and retrieval of documents. It is designed in four tiers depending on the confidentiality level. The hardware
requirements for this system are - a GPS enabled print-scan-copy machine having facility to connect with two unique USB like
devices (dongles), one as a hardware lock and the other to ensure the genuineness of the user. The system consists of several modules
with other supporting services, Registration Module for encryption of the document, Verification Module for comparing and
evaluating the claimed copy of the document with the registered document, Retrieval Module to recover the registered document. The
supporting services include receipt generation, notification service, etc. In DRAV System, the document is encrypted with a key
generated from Random Keystring Generation Algorithm defined for each tier. The encrypted document is sent to the database server.
A barcode receipt is generated at the end of successful encryption and the document is stored securely at the database server. The
documents registered in this system can be verified or retrieved in the future. Verification and Retrieval process confirms the
authenticity of the document verifier or retriever. Secured protocols are exercised during communication between the server and the
user. The system thus ensures secured and authentic storage of documents which can be verified or retrieved by any person with
consent of the owner of the document.

rosenbergii at the larval stage requires brackish water whereas the latter stage Macrobrachium rosenbergii a freshwater species; is
known to be a freshwater species; The present invention to provide an improved artificial sea water composition having suitable
salinity to control mortality rate of the Macrobrachium rosenbergii and achieve higher survival rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
The brackish water composition is achieved by the mixture of the electrolytes dissolved in water. The electrolyte mixture which, being
dissolved in a proper amount of water can form an aqueous solution which stimulates the natural sea water in composition;

The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are discontinued from 01/01/2009. SPECIAL NOTICE Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.
