(57) Abstract :
Infiltration or seepage from surface water bodies like ponds is a process by which a part of the water stored in the pond enters the soil.
Assessment of this infiltration from the surface water bodies is done to estimate the loss from the pond through the seepage or
contribution to ground water resources. The existing methods for assessing seepage/infiltration from the ponds are all indirect methods
and involve many assumptions. The innovation Pond Infiltrometer is a simple and cost effective device, which is installed within the
pond itself. The device comprises an evaporation chamber, which is placed within the water body with the help of a stand. Since the
device is installed within the pond, unlike the existing methods, it perfectly represents the in situ conditions. It provides direct and
realistic measurement of seepage from the pond.

The Green Decomposition Process (GDP) consists, tanks, tubular mechanical computer controlled delivery pipes, required motors,
proper computer software, and required arrangements.. In this mechanical arrangement of this device the Head Tank is accompanied
by an external outlet to supply with the waste material in any state including solid, liquid and semi-liquid, which is connected with the
First Subsidiary Tank through appropriate tubular pipe. First Subsidiary Tank consist of a proper mechanical, chemical and thermal
arrangements which treated the waste material mechanically, chemically and thermally to transform them in a state which can get
solidified within appropriate time period. First Subsidiary Tank is further connected to the Second Subsidiary Tank via same
arrangements as the First Subsidiary Tank is connected with Head Tank. Further the Second Subsidiary Tank is connected to the
number of pipe opening at varied heights from the ground via powerful motor. The length of these number of pipe opening gradually
increases horizontally as the their distances increases vertically from the ground. All the openings and closings of all the tanks and
openings are governed by the computer through a computer software. When the mechanically, chemically and thermally treated waste
material which can get solidified within appropriate time period gets entered in the Second Subsidiary Tank it immediately get out
from the opening by using the powerful motor. The gradually increased openings gives a heap or triangular decomposition of the
waste material, however every time the last transfer of waste material at every opening from the Second Subsidiary Tank is mixed
with such varieties of seeds which can grow over that waste material.

(57) Abstract :
In wireless sensor network sensor nodes can transmit large volume of data towards the sink. Hence there is congestion in the sensor
network around the sink. It can result in buffer overflow at the nodes. Congestion causes packet drops and energy waste which lead to
unreliable data transmission. Congestion controlling and flow rate adjustment using Adaptive Flow Rate Control (AFRC) decreases
the waste of energy increase the lifetime of sensor nodes Improve network throughput and packet loss. Congestion and flow rate can

High speed burr free cold cutoff carriage saw to use in line for pipe cutting with conventional and high speed tube mills with least
burrs and perfect square cuts without any dimple.. Eco friendly machine has been designed to offer least per cut cost as it consumes
very low power and offers number cuts before re sharpening of HSS saw blades. For thick wall and tough steel tubes, TCT saws
blades can be used. Highly user friendly computer program needs very few data to enter by mill operator with fool proof and fault
diagnostic features. Machine has been designed to keep minimum inertia load of shuttle which reciprocates at very high speed with
high technological & metallurgical combined properties aluminum Alloy has been used to bring down moving shuttle weight from
conventional shuttle design. Rake is mounted on the machine bed and pinion on back lash free reduction gear box fitted with low
weight servo motor. With the rotation of pinion, shuttle movas forward or reverse very precisely to offer close tolerance cut length.
Saw head slides forward & reverse on linear motion guide bearings and moves thru ball screw coupled to servo motor which is
mounted on inclined table across the pipe axis. Saw head gear box is coupled with asynchronous motor which rotates the saw blade at
programmed speed depending upon saw blade properties and tube material quality. When saw blade gets dull / worn out, computer
senses the condition and give alarm to change the blade with new one. Shuttle stroke can be used up to 4000 mm but depending upon
the tube size, thickness and mill speed, stroke length reduces automatically avoiding unnecessary wear tear of sliding parts, Saw blade
size can be selected to economize tool cost as small diameter cutters are much cheaper, also after re sharpening saw blade size reduces
and can be used for small diameter tube without any difficulty. Depending upon saw blade diameter, machine automatically adjusts
Saw Head stroke. Centralized Lubrication system has dedicated PLC to lubricate .Tube clamping is done by pneumatically operated
double acting clamps such that both the jaws retracts back to avoid rubbing and scratching on blade.

(57) Abstract :
In wireless sensor network when several sensors detect an event within a cluster at this time their aim is to transmit this collected
information towards the sink via cluster head periodically. As the cluster head is the intermediate node between sensor nodes and sink
congestion may occur at cluster head and this leads to packet drop (Data Loss) also affects the reliability of the network. With the help
of proposed loss recovery model we can increases the loss recovery ratio and enhance the reliability of wireless sensor network.
Following invention is described in detail with the help of figure 1 showing illustration of Virtual Cluster based Loss Recovery
(VCLR) model with database.

(57) Abstract :
In Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) there are one or more sinks or base stations and many sensor nodes distributed over wide area.
Sensor nodes have restricted power. Sensor nodes gather specific data and transmit gathered data to sink when a particular event is
occurred. These sensor nodes can transmit large volume of data towards the sink. It can result in buffer overflow at the nodes. Hence
there is congestion in the sensor network around the sink. Congestion in the network may cause packet drops and energy waste. Hence
it shortens the lifetime of sensor nodes. So congestion in sensor network needs to be controlled to decrease the waste of energy and
also to increase the lifetime of sensor nodes. Also congestion control mechanisms should improve network throughput and packet loss.
Many network aspects such as sensor reporting rate can affect congestion.

(57) Abstract :
One of the reasons for failures of mastitis therapy and conventional vaccines is the ability of many mastitis causing microorganisms to
grow in biofilms (BF) in mammary gland, thus developing an innate resistance to almost all therapeutic agents. Presently no true
biofilm based mastitis vaccine is available. Our invention is a Biofilm Based Mastitis Vaccine against S.aureus and E.coli comprising
of biofilm based inactivated bacterial culture along with adjuvant S.aureus and E.coli are the the major mastitis causing pathogens, we
have grown them under the biofilm mode for the first time. We used Biofilm grown bacteria as vaccine candidate against mastitis
causing organisms in bovines. The prevalence of inter cellular adhesion A (ica A) and Biofilm associated protein (Bap) genes among
S. aureus isolates by PCR studies, suggested its role in biofilm production. Further, ERIC and Multiplex PCR differentiated E.coli
strains. In vitro growth conditions were standardized for optimum production of bentonite clay based biofilms by S. aureus and E.
coli. SDS-PAGE of Outer Membrane Proteins showed expression and repression of several polypeptides. Immunoblotting of BF and
Free cell (FC) OMPs confirmed the cross reactivity among strains / serotypes. Vaccination trials in rabbits indicated the low values of
mastitis indicators in both homologous and heterologous challenged groups among S.aureus and E.coli BF vaccinates. Significantly
elevated levels of serum IgG and milk IgG & IgA levels in indirect ELISA were detected in BF vaccinated rabbits. Vaccination trials
using bentonite clay based S.aureus and E.coli BF and FC vaccines in cattle in early lactation showed that in S.aureus and E.coli BF
vaccinated cattle, significant enhancement in CD4 and CD8 cells by Flow cytometry and enhanced serum IgG levels by indirect
ELISA were detected when compared to FC and control groups. The studies indicated the supremacy of the BF vaccine developed in
the present study over FC vaccine. Our efforts resulted in the development of Biofilm Based Mastitis Vaccine against S.aureus and
E.coli for dairy animals.

(57) Abstract :
This method of clamping is the innovative way of clamping with cheaper running cost. This will help us to reduce initial investment
cost and it is simple in design. If we make special hydraulic fixtures we are not able to use the fixture for other products. But in this
case, we can use the same Magnetic bed for the all components by changing fewer fixture parts. This is environment friendly
clamping method, if we implement this we consume less power, less heat generation, no oil spillage on the floor and no used oil
disposal.

(57) Abstract :
This is a new technology invented for producing the electricity. The device is named as WEIGHT MILL as it operates only by
WEIGHT. In this method, the electricity is produced by means of weight applied on the Weight Mill. Weight mill does not require any
fuel or any natural source of energy such as Non renewable energy material like coal, lignite, Petroleum products, Uranium and the
renewable energy sources like solar energy, wind energy and hydro power. The above said energy source materials are NEVER
NEEDED for operating this Weight Mill. The WEIGHT Mill operates wherever the LOAD, WEIGHT, MASS in this any form is
acted on the WEIGHT MILL bed, then the energy is converted into Mechanical energy by means of the GEAR system which is
connected to any electricity production device i.e., a dynamo or a rotor like device or any mechanical device used for rotating the
magnet inside the coil which produces the CURRENT, the mechanical energy is converted to electrical energy. To operate this Weight
Mill, a new technique is involved in getting the source i.e., WEIGHT by the vehicles passing on the highway roads. The Weight mill
bed will be placed on the road surface in any highways. Any transit happens on the Weight mill bed, the electricity is produced. Thus
in this method, the CURRENT is produced by using WEIGHT as the major source using WEIGHT MILL method, without using any
source of raw material and natural source and without any operating cost. Contact between the vehicle and the weight mill produces
the electricity.

(57) Abstract :
The invention is a self-aligning wall brick which can be used for all purposes that are served by ordinary construction brick. The self-
aligning wall brick can be oriented vertically as well as horizontally, and joined by means of mortar (cement). This self-aligning wall
brick has an appearance such that it has two smoothly finished side faces which are offset to a middle hollow brick part. The offset of
the two side faces are given in order to self-align the brick while stacked. The shape of the brick is such that the mortar will not be
seen from outside and thus the whole wall will get a clean and flat appearance. These bricks can be made in clay, mortar, concrete or
any other construction material. The structural constructions that are made with the self-aligning wall brick can have the advantages
such as reduced time of labour, no plastering (outer coating), less skilled labour, etc. and thus reduction in overall construction cost
and time.
