4. 1) Presentation
 It is the combination of idea's, thinking's
Kept in a person’s mind which he expresses
through oral speech, written form or using
multimedia advance options.

5. 2)Stages of
presentation(Written):
 The 3 stages of creating presentation:
1) Planning: Gathering of mind’s idea
2) Writing: Giving shape to idea’s
3) Completing: Fulfilling every doubt in
people’s mind about that idea

6. 3)Things necessary for
presentation:
1. Purpose of presentation
2. Know (analyze) your audience & occasion
3. Point out clearly main idea
4. Research for presentation
5. Organize your collected information
6. Visual aids for presentation(If possible)
7. Rehearse (Practice) the Presentation
8. Short range Talks
9. Recognize your errors from good
presenter

7. 1.Purpose of presentation
 Motivation: This include changing audience
behavior from wrong to right sense.(inform)
 To Persuade: (Maketting,Business
strategy). It is the gaining of willing
acceptance.e.g:Using Advertisement.
 Entertainment: Occasions like promotion
parties,anniversaries,retirement etc.The
speaking genre is humorous.

8. 2.Know(analyze)your
audience & occasion:
a) This include number of people in or outside
the organization.
b) Analyze gender and age group of audience.
c) Consider: religious,political,proffesion,region
customs of people in mind.
d) Guess the audience level of study.

9. e)Audience general attitude towards topic.
f) Predicting Mood of audience.
g) Impressive information for people.
h) Anticipate possible objectives and
questions from people.
i)Consider the occasion and react
accordingly.

10. 3)Point out clearly main idea
 Mention and focus clearly on topic related
idea’s.
 It helps in summing of your discussions.
 It helps to know your audience what your
were saying.
 It makes the presentation more attractive.

11. 4.Research for presentation
 Research is important for the presenter to
improve the presentation skills because it
provide background knowledge.
 The presenter can present better answer
to the audience questions.

12. 5.Organize your collected
information
1) Order of presentation is very important
for better understanding.
2) Gives good impression of a presenter in
the particular field.
3) Order less presentation provide
misconception regarding the topic.

13. 6.Visual aids for
presentation(If possible)
 Consider the complex topic that cannot be
presented orally without extra detail
provided.
 In such cases use figures,picture,charts
etc related to the topic.
 It not only helps to understand but also
create good within the same organization.

14. 7.Rehearse (Practice) the
Presentation
 Rehearsals are important because:
 1)Presenter become more comfortable
with the presentation material.
 2) Presenter can revise where necessary.
 At least three rehearsals are necessary.

15. 8.Short range Talks
 As the attention span decreases during
the longer presentation, therefore:
 A presenter should limit his presentation
from 1 to 10 minutes short presentations.
 For longer statements time range limit 10
minutes to 1 hour.
 Within organization time range from 20 to
30 minutes.

16. 9.Recognize your errors from
good presenter
 The better way of knowing your
presentation is presenting it before a well
trained person in that particular field.
 This not only identify your errors in
selecting main idea’s in the topic but also
your errors in style of your presentation.

17. 4) Presenting a good
presentation
A. Presenter Appearance: Presenter
should be well dressed, proper
haircut, polished shoes.
B. Presenter greeting:A presenter
knowing the time will greet the audience.
e.g. Welcome, Good morning etc.

18. C. Presenter Voice: polished shoes.
Presenter should work hard on clear
understanding of his voice for audience.
D.Presenter speech speed: A presenter
should work on speech thoroughly so
that he may be able equally space his
words which can better understood.
E. Using a ppt presntation: 1)Greeting
slide if possible, proper time management
of slides ,slide no, background , text color
, last slide presenter information.

19. 5)Use of presentation in
Practical life
1. A good presenter is never deceived by a
good speech.
2. A good presenter is able to predict the
words of another presenter.
3.A good presenter always the goals and
objectives through his speech.
4. A good presenter always informs people
from being deceived from good speech of
another person who is harmful for them.
