February News
Congratulations Ms. Anna for being named teacher of the year!!! Anna was
recognized for her warmth, organizational skills, teaching skills, and her
commitment and enthusiasm for the field of early childhood education.
Congratulations Miss Brantlee for having her Octopus class named as
outstanding class for the month of January. Miss Brantlee’s creativity and art
projects that she does with her students are truly amazing! Take a look at our
facebook page for pictures of our outstanding teachers and their work.
Bon Voyage Ms. Janet
Ms. Janet will be leaving us the week of February 13 because she and her family
are moving to Charleston. We wish them the best of luck!
Miss Brantlee will be moving to the Dolphin class and she and Miss Jennifer will co-
teach the class.
No Nap Time Drop Off
Again, we want to reiterate that we do not allow children to be dropped off at nap
time. At 10:30 we do the final lunch count for all classes and at 11:00 we prepare
for lunch. It is very disruptive when a child is brought in while the children are
preparing to eat and nap. Children may be dropped off before 10:30 and dropped
off after 2:30. Children may be picked up at any time.
VALENTINE PARTIES
Please check with your child’s teacher about their class Valentine party. The
Whale class will be performing their Valentine Skit for parents at their party at
3:00 on Tuesday, February 14th.
Gallman, Boundary, and Newberry Elementary will be Closed on 2/17
Our after school program will be open for our elementary school students. It will
be an additional $10 and can be paid on 2/17 with the regular tuition.
