this country. It`s located in the east coast. Nowdays, it has a
population of 477,660 inhabitants. The name comes from his
gaelic name Dùn Èideann, which means “Eidyn’s Fort”.
Edinburgh is divided in two districts: the New Town and the
Old Town. Both of them are UNESCO patrimony due to their
perfect palnification and their history.

important in the world. It was established
in 1583. Edinburgh also holds a large
number of museums. Famous celebrities
come from Edinburgh such as Sir Arthur
Conan Doyle, Alexander Graham Bell and
Sean Connery.
