1. Top 50 day to day tasks and job roles
Interesting that team working and customer interaction were so high – not
automatically what you’d assume for a techy role.
Also a certain amount of admin showing up.
What a relief to see work in there!

2. The Best Bits
Always important to get on with the people you work with of course.
Technology and new, different developments in it tally with my own thoughts on the
bits I like.
Wonder who all the people were who answered playing!

3. The Worst bits
Fascinating to see people here as a bad point as well as a good one!
Definite trend for long hours and working late and in their own time.
And testing is not a lot of people’s favourite thing it would seem! (Or documentation
which is a weakness of mine!

4. Skills needs
Problem solving is there of course, but interesting to see management (of self and
own time as well as others I assume) score so highly.
Noticeable as well that people skills rank equally with the technical ones.
Mobile is a growing, important area for development.
