This document outlines a workshop hosted by ITSME from March to April 2009 at Domus Academy on designing and building an online community for ITSME. The workshop goals are to improve the quality of ITSME's community, activities, and organization. Over the course of several sessions, participants will research case studies of online communities, analyze ITSME's needs, and design a concept to build an ITSME community, with interim deadlines and a final presentation.
