THE TRAINING PROGRAM OF FOREIGN (GERMAN)  EXPERTS AT THE RUSSIAN ENTERPRISE: 16 TOTAL 5 8 Individual part of training. Foreign (German) experts get acquainted with the chosen activity fields of the enterprise in detail, according to the coordinated plan, including on workplaces. 4 1 Moderation (summarizing of the organization - the coordinator of preparation spends): the analysis of possible cooperation directions and an exchange of experience with the enterprise.  Development of individual plans of the foreign expert at the enterprise (the foreign expert can choose 1 - 2 fields of activity of the enterprise with which it would like to familiarize in more details). Formation of the coordinated plan of an individual training part passage. 3 4 The profound acquaintance to the basic activity fields of the enterprise, such as:  Marketing activity. Quality management. Innovative activity. Management of the personnel, etc. List of activity fields and duration of action can be expanded depending on specificity of the enterprise and structure of group. 2 3 The general acquaintance to the enterprise.  A meeting with administration: history, fields of activity and production, the purposes and prospects of development, foreign economic relations of the enterprise.
