                   should be set for a media plan.
                   The required reach level is
                   (1) the product of tradition,
                   (2) experience,
                   (3) common sense and
                   (4) research done for particular brands in certain market
                   situations.
                   Most often, media planner sets the level basing on judgment
                   and experience rather than research evidence.
