Process
 System provide facility to employees of the
organization to raise their leave requests, get it
approved as per their hierarchy and leave policies
assigned to them. System maintain leave quotas
without any manual interaction.

7. Leave Process – Holiday
Calendar
 System provides facility to define holiday
calendar for the complete year at a time and can
be defined on need bases. System is smart
enough to not mark any person as an absent if
any day e.g Monday is defined as a Holiday
Calendar.

8. Late Sitting Process
 Any Employee needs to stay office late, needs to
raise late sitting request so that management should
be informed and proper arrangements can be made
for the comfort of employee.

9. Out of Office Functionality
 Any employee can create his out of office profile
and can define his/her surrogate in absence. This
feature make sure that workflow of any approval
should not get stuck. For example, if an employee
“A” is applying for leave and forwarded to
manager “B”. If Manager “B” is not in office then
his surrogate can approve on his behalf.

10. Reception Management
 A person sitting on a reception seat can log all the
messages received via phone call or any other
medium and can forward the same to the
respective employee so that nothing important
should be missed.
