To all those wondering if they should try HCG in the light of the negative
comments: YES!
The few people who actually tried it and found themselves extremely hungry, light
headed and cranky are most likely the ones who thought they could get away
without actually loading up on the first two days of HCG Drops. It is VITAL to
your success to pig out!
My advice is to choose calorie AND nutrient dense foods though rather than highly
refined carbohydrate foods that do nothing to nourish your body. Cream sauces,
cheese, peanut butter, loaded baked potatoes and omelets, sweet potatoes,
avocadoes, nuts and seeds, steaks and pate... just keep thinking REAL food. It will
make your diet go so much better, so much more the way the protocol was
designed to work.
I am on my second course and the first time I did most everything wrong. I lost ten
pounds but it was much more difficult than it needed to be. That led to hunger,
tiredness, crankyness, etc... I learned so much more in the month between rounds
(during which I maintained all my weight loss, plus lost another pound or so...
simply by limiting grain foods, not calories or fat!)
I am convinced now that those two loading days are the difference between make
or break!

2. What about the naysayers? Read their comments carefully and you will see a
pattern: They have either never had any personal experience with HCG or they did
it incorrectly. Some of them are just downright mean-spirited, name-calling bullies
(you remember them from grade school) and some can't even bother using proper
grammar or spelling (you probably remember them from grade school too!) Is that
the type of person you would trust with your dog? Then do yourself a favor and
pay them no heed in this matter either.
You can do this! HCG Drops provides a safe and successful way to lose a lot of
weight, quickly and SAFELY. If you have lost all hope after many years and
