Phase one
As it takes 48 hours for the HCG to be absorbed by the body and begin to work high caloric and

Phase three
This phase is most important and most patient’s favorite. After about 43-60 days into the diet,
calories are returned to 1200-1500 per day but patients are advised to avoid dairy and foods
containing high fats. Use of hcg drops is stopped and the body slowly continues to shed weight
and is no longer dependent on hcg.
