No correlation between multiple alerts.  Up to you and your analysts to determine if this is a significant event.

  12. You can set daily, weekly, and monthly triggers on different dimensions &amp; metrics, and be notified by email or right in the user interface when the changes actually occur.
  13. Custom alerts will be calculated from when the alert is created onwards. Currently only available to the user that created the alert.
