Community annotation jamboree:
- Clone GitC image
- Load in computational annotations (MAKER)
- Configure GBrowse, JBrowse, WebApollo
- Unleash the wisdom of the masses (or
trained spider monkeys, or undergrads--
whatever you have)
- When the jamboree is over, dump out as
GFF and shutdown the instance.
