Write done the end result of a procedure you want to do.
For example, You want to send an email.
Then
Go step by step list in a clear and concise way from the beginning to then end result of
sending an email. Tip: Do the action while writing it out so you don’t miss a step.
After writing the first draft of the Standard Operating Procedure, follow the steps to see
if you are missing any steps. Make any revisions.
Get someone else to see if they can follow along the step by step. If they complete the
steps easily then you have made a simple SOP.
