Saudi Arabia is described as having a monarchy form of government where the king appoints ministers but there are no elections, and also being a theocracy as the Quran serves as the constitution. Denmark is portrayed as having a monarchy where the queen only has a small role, but also being a representative democracy with an elected parliament and prime minister.
