2. Guidelines The nomination for Outstanding Member is open to all bona fide members of LAQueP-Linc except incumbent officers. The nomination for Outstanding Librarian is open to all bona fide members of LAQueP-Linc who are registered librarians except the incumbent officers.
3. The qualifications for the nominees must be: Active member of the association Member who pays consistently for at least 3 years Member who attends or participates actively and consistently for at least 3 years The selection is based on the following criteria:
