OCC was started in 2007. After 10 years plus of service as Estimator s and Project Managers, we
Deliverables // Services saw a need in the industry for independent contractors that offered administrative and
organizational services to many types of businesses. Our client lists started with a range of
As-built types residential, commercial and industrial contractors. Since then we have expanded to offer our
services to investors, real estate prospectors, retail chains and independent business owners.
Estimates & Schedules
We offer as-built plans, estimating, scheduling and site survey evaluations. Our associates have
been Estimators, Draftsman and Project Managers for a number of trades in the construction
industry, which offers insight into every one of our projects.
Our services are offered throughout the United States, we compile data from every region to
accomplish accuracy in every state.
