3. 2 lbs. pork belly

4. 2 tbsp. crushed/minced garlic

5. 5 pcs. bay leaves

6. 4 tbsp. vinegar

7. 1 cup soy sauce

8. 1 tbsp. corn pepper

9. 1 cup water

10. Salt to taste

11. Procedure

12. 1. Combine the pork belly, soy sauce,
and garlic then marinade for at
least 1 hour
2. Heat the pot and put-in the
marinated pork belly then cook
for a few minutes
3. Add water, whole pepper corn,
and dried bay leaves then bring to
a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1
hour

13. 4. Put-in the vinegar and
simmer for 12 to 15 minutes
5. Add salt to taste
6. Serve hot. Share and
enjoy!
