Upon completing this course participants should feel comfortable in addressing their
patients’concerns about oral cancer. Also, they will know how to recognize specific
oral lesions, formulate a differential diagnosis, how to obtain a definitive diagnosis and
know how to treat and manage these lesions.
The Presenters
James F. Drummond, DDS, MSD, PhD: Professor Emeritus of Oral Pathology and Douglas D. Damm, DDS Professor of Oral
Pathology, both at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Both have extensive clinical and teaching experience and
have authored numerous publications in Oral Pathology. For nineteen years, they have presented the highly popular CE
course “Practical Oral Pathology for the Oral Health Practitioner" offered annually in Branson, MO.
