Mr. Larry Gearhardt, former Director of Formal Mfairs with the Ohio Farm Bureau will be
talking about C.A.U.V. (Current Agricultural Use Value) and answering questions.
Ms. Melissa Betz, Pickaway County Auditor, will also be here to help explain how taxes are
assessed and where the money goes. Mr. Scott Hiles, Treasurer, will give an overview of the
current financial health of the district and explain the Five Year Forecast. Ms. Cara Riddel,
Superintendent, will be presenting information about the Strategic Planning process.
