3. Introduction
The project will address following problems in the current enrollment system of
Basay National High School:
Paper consumption
Multiple entries of forms
Filing difficulties
Handwritten data entry errors
5. The Objectives
a. Automate the filing and organizing of student files
b. Improve the manual system of collecting data
c. Enhance the speed of student ID cards and other
document processing
8. How to Use the System

9. Interface
Opening the site:
Choose a desired browser (Mozilla and Chrome is preferred).
On the address bar, type www.orsbasaynhs.net and press enter.
10. Click on the buttons for the specific guidelines.
11. For the online registration guide, click ORS Procedure.
13. Register to have an ORS account by clicking Create an account.
14. After registration, the user registration email should be checked for confirmation. The user can now log in
with the user account and password.
15. The user interface is different from the default page. The buttons clickable buttons are different when the
user is not logged in. To register a student, click on enrollment.
17. Check the e-mail, download and print the enrollment slip. A copy of the data
submitted is sent to the user’s e-mail address for print. A copy also is sent to the
administrator, registrar and the principal.
