2. Superintendent
The superintendent oversees the day to day operations of the school district and insures the
district is working towards its overall goals.
Deputy Superintendent of Instructional Services
The Deputy Superintendent of Instructional Services supervises administrators throughout the
district in facilitating the learning of all students through proper use of financial and human
resources.
Chief Technology Officer
The Chief Technology Officer assists schools and administrative departments in the
development and coordination of district needs assessments. The CTO supervises and
manages district technology funds.
Director Instructional Technology
The Director of Instructional Technology is responsible for the development and implementation
of professional development programs and services for teachers.
Instructional Technology Specialists
The Instructional Technology Specialists meets the needs related to learning technology and
initiates activities to assist teachers in meeting the needs of students.
Principal
The Principal oversees the proper best allocation of resources, both financial and human, that
directly affect student achievement. The principal’s job is to ensure that effective technology is
available and utilized by teachers and students. The principal is also responsible for seeing that
the organizational chart is followed in the correct progression. The principal is responsible
ultimately for ensuring that her campus meets the state requirements for technology and that
the funds are available to ensure the academic achievement of all students.
Dean of Instruction
The Dean of Instruction provides RTI technology and administrative support for students and
teachers.
Teachers
The teachers design and facilitate lessons that are in alignment with the district curriculum.
Teachers are responsible for ensuring student learning and achievement while using technology
to differentiate for student growth learning and achievement. Teachers utilize technology in
assessment, tracking, and communication.
3. Goal/Outcomes: By completing the professional development and the action plan our
campus will be meeting our campus improvement plan that will move us from being
academically unacceptable to a recognized campus. We will use technology to assist us
in differentiated instruction and keep students on task with active cognitive engagement.
