It is a narrative,

fictitious.
The word derives from the Latin
story
computum,
which
means
"counting", hence acquired the sense of
enumerating events.

The oldest known stories are the Orientals.
Collections such as The pantchatantra, India, and The
Thousand and One Nights, Arabia, served as a model for
the western story
It is brief: summarizes
the narrative as possible.
It tends to be limited to a
single action.
 It has few characters.
 Predominantly fantasy
author.
 It is written in prose.
 It focuses on a single
aspect of human life.

The Story is characterized by:
Brevity

Tension

Intensity

It's the telling, usually
slow and deliberate, which is leading to live the sto

It is the climax, the climax of the story
Action: set of events that establish a
conflict or problem.
• Internal: when it happens in the mind of the personages
(thoughts, emotions, frustrations and dreams).
•External: when it happens in the outside world (with other
characters, with their environment, to your system-political,
religious, social).

Environment: refers to the time and place where
events occur.
Atmosphere: prevailing sentiment throughout the
action. Spiritual climate is predominant (happiness,
sadness, indifference, anger, confusion ...)
Introduction or
