This document discusses the initial experiences of a patient engaging with their healthcare provider using a web portal. The patient is able to find their doctor online, set up an appointment, complete health surveys, access medical records and test results, communicate with their doctor via notes, view medication lists and education, and manage account and payment details. The portal provides a comprehensive way for the patient to monitor their health and interact with their healthcare provider.

17. All of my doctors in my health care system can see my medication list! AND I can click on a simple link to learn about each medication even OTCs!
