The 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge – Day 1
1. Today is the day in which you put down on paper your weight goals and the reasons why you
want to achieve them. But before we begin just take some time now to really think about what it
is you really want to achieve and the benefits this will bring into your life. It may even help if you
close your eyes and imagine that you’re at the weight that you want to be. Now if this was your
reality: How do you look? How do you feel? What clothes are you wearing? How do these
clothes look on you? How is your relationship with food? How is your life different? Now it’s
important when you set a goal that it’s not just a number, it needs to be so much more than
that. It has to be something that’s going to motivate you over the long term. In order to begin
this process of thinking about why you want to be a certain weight you may want to download
and the print the goal setting worksheet which I have prepared for you.
