Ingredients:
•5 ripe avocados, skinned, pitted and chopped
•2 cloves of garlic, minced
•1/2 red onion diced finely
•The juice of 1 lime
•2 large Roma Tomatoes, diced
•2 tsp finely chopped cilantro (more if you like)
•1 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp chili powder
•1 tsp cumin

3. Instructions:
•Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together for a chunky Guacamole.
•For a smoother mix, add avocado and smash to desired consistency and then add all other ingredients and stir with a spoon.
•Serve with chips or veggies immediately.
•If you need to store for a short time, cover the dip with plastic wrap and press the wrap down on top of the guacamole to prevent the air from hitting it.
