There are countless ways you can work with On Assignment. All you have to do is decide what’s best for your

    Contract
    Working contract positions can take many forms. Some employees consistently work back-to-back contract
    positions so once their current assignment ends, they promptly accept their next contract position. Others
    choose to work select times of year when their children are in school, during the holidays, or on weekends.
    And some employees use a staffing firm to gain an extra shift on a consistent basis each month. These
    employees usually have a permanent position, but want to earn extra cash on the side.

    Contract-to-hire
    Contract-to-hire employees start out working as a contract employee but are open to accepting an offer to
    be hired by that client if the position becomes available.

    Direct-hire
    Some professionals are not interested in working contract so they work with On Assignment for direct
    placement assistance at our client’s facilities.
