          lower customer/defections than do made sales representatives. Propose the concepts and
          constructs you/4nay use to study this phenomenon. -
  12. (a) Explain different sampling techniques used is marketing research with their suitability and
          relative advantages.

      (b) How does qualitative research differ from quantitative research ? What are the methods
          available for date collection in each of the cases.
  13. (a) Explain the scope, importance and procedure of copy testing.
