This document discusses a proposed experiment to test the effects of different aromatic scents on hamsters' appetites. The hypothesis is that hamsters will consume more food in an environment with pleasant fragrances compared to unpleasant smells. The methodology will involve exposing three hamsters to scents of trash, candy, or a neutral control for one hour. Their food consumption will then be measured and weighed over the next 12 hours. The goal is to determine if certain smells can minimize a hamster's appetite, representing how smells may affect human appetite and diet.

2. Introduction
*Many people lose their appetite by the bad
smells
- pollution or unpleasant substance.
3. *For example, some people cannot eat next
to a rubbish dump because the bad smell
causes nausea and loss the appetite.
4. • Like humans, hamsters also react in this
way.
•The hamster will represent the humans’
appetite.
=
•How certain smells can make the
hamster lose its appetite.
7. Hypothesis
~The hamsters will consume more food in an
environment with aromatic fragrances that are
pleasing to human health.
8. Methodology
*Will search for information on
hamsters and whether any
aromatic fragrance could affect
this animal, especially their sense
of smell.
9. Methodology
- In this research will work with
three hamsters of the same race
and lifetime.
-This research will be worked in a
comfortable temperature place in
Humacao and using three cages of
the same size and color.
10. Methodology
*The hamsters eat approximately 15
g of food.
*In this research will be fed with
30g of one commercial food and 100
milliliters of water and then we will
see how much the hamster consume.
*The fragrances will be of trash,
candy and environmental odor.
11. Methodology
~The food of the hamster will be
weights after the hamster finished
~The hamster will be weight daily
before starting the procedure.
12. Methodology
~Then, I will begin my research by
placing the hamsters (in their
cages) to a foot away from the
scented candle for one hour.
13. Methodology
- After spending this time let the
candle and will serve 30g of food
and 100 milliliters of water, keep
there for one hour.
14. Methodology
* Every 12 hours I will be served
lunch and observe and note down
any changes.
