1. Team Breadth: Having Differing Disciplines + Perspectives Represented.
2. Beyond the Core Team: Identifying and Engaging Liaisons + Critics.
3. Balancing Mandates: Dealing with the Tensions Between Operational Mandates (Stability,
   Reliability) and Innovation Mandates (Change, Differentiation). [Some team members may
   have both mandates!]
