People might be allergic to gum so it wouldn’t
be fair to them.
REASONS NOT TO CHEW GUM IN
                SCHOOL
 Gum can get stuck in sinks, in carpet, in
  shoes, under tables, in hair, in drinking
  fountains, on faces, etc.
 It can be a major distraction to learning.

 You can choke.

 When gum gets stuck places, janitors do NOT
  like to clean it up.
IT’S UNHEALTHY

 Sugar free gum is bad for you.
 Gum is unhealthy for your bowels.

 Gum can get stuck in your intestines.

 Gum contains xylitol, which is poisonous to
  dogs.
IT COSTS $MONEY$

 Americans spend around 500 million-1 billion
  dollars a year on gum.
 The average American spends $96 a year on
  gum and only $50 on candy.
 Packs of gum are 1-2 dollars and gumballs are
  only 25 cents to 75 cents.
People shouldn’t chew gum because if they
 spit it on the floor and someone might step
 on it.
People shouldn’t chew gum because if they
 swallow it they could die.
People shouldn’t chew because their gym teacher
  might get mad.
CONCLUSION

 After hearing all this, you might not want to
  chew gum in school.
 Gum is usually not allowed in school because it
  will distract learning.
 Check your school’s rules to see if you can
  chew gum in school.
 If you want or don’t want your school to chew
  gum talk to an adult about it.
