• Create a positive lacrosse experience and environment for
every player
• Focus on building strong individual skills and a complete
understanding of all aspects of the game of lacrosse
• Reinforce philosophies of US Lacrosse;

Strongsville Participation
• US Lacrosse Membership is mandatory
• Member of Northcoast Chapter with 40 other
youth/MS organizations – 2 other chapters in Ohio
• $25 player membership funds national
organization, provides insurance to each player,
and subscription to magazine

membership benefits and access to a variety of
information and educational resources
• Great resource for parents!
11. Player and Parent Conduct
• WE are ALL representatives of Strongsville Lacrosse

• Harassing and yelling at referees will NOT be tolerated!
• Parents and players will be asked to sign a code of conduct
as well as the coaches.
•24 hour cooling period to address a coach.
